About NextStepU
NextStepU was created to help students and families better understand the many possibilities available after high school. Transition planning is an important part of the IEP process, but many students and families still feel unsure about what those plans look like in real life.
NextStepU helps students explore interests, build real-world skills, and better understand the options available as they transition into adulthood.

About the Founder
NextStepU was founded by Natalie, a first generation college student who has worked closely with students, families, and educators navigating the transition from high school to adulthood. Through this experience, it became clear that many students with IEPs and transition services need more time and guidance to explore their interests, understand their options, and build confidence about what comes next.
NextStepU was created to help bridge that gap by providing practical guidance and support during this important stage.
